First contact: You are assigned an Ops Liason who remains your go to person from start to completion of the project. He will have a minimum of 3 years operational experience - to ensure we deliver expert and informed service and product.
The pre-scope: Your preferences and options will be discussed, and your liaison will also oversee documentation exchanges, regulatory applications, and interact with your electricity provider.
Your load signature is calculated from our data monitors and an analysis of historic billing information.
Suitability: Importantly, it will establish the suitability of the proposed structure/site and any issues with roof types, internal electrical boards and cable runs, so that informed conversations can take place prior to the design phase.
Our Design Team, in direct consultation with your Ops Liason, will utilize this information to build a robust and specific system proposal and pricing.
This entire process, including application for lines approval, is critical to delivering 'bang for buck', and is at the core of our Integrity Promise.
From first contact to completion of pre-scope will take a maximum of 7 working days!
