An Inverter converts this DC 30V (nom) output per panel, to 240V AC and through synchronizing the unit with the utility supply, allows you to energize your load requirements for your home, with the spare capacity uploaded to your provider. In the event that you require more energy than your system can provide, it is easily accessed from the Grid.

The inverter is either attached to each panel - a micro inverter, or in a central inverter or string inverter system, placed near the internal board.

An import/export meter upgrade allows this process to be monitored and measured, the exported proportion earning credit at an agreed per/kW rate.

This entire process takes place seamlessly, and in a correctly designed and installed system, will give you decades of reliable service with very little maintenance and absolutely no stress
